I'm Reuven Zelkowitz — a maker & developer building web apps, browser extensions, and automation, with a focus on tools the Yiddish-speaking world actually needs.
A curated slice — a live product, an extension people use daily, and the tools behind the scenes. Hover a card.
A finance & business-management platform, live on its own Hebrew domain — organized records, insight, and control in a right-to-left interface.
Background music from Yiddish24 with no open tab — live track info, media-key & lock-screen controls, sleep timer. 415 users.
Watches ~34 Jewish YouTube channels and auto-posts new uploads straight to Telegram as native video.
A speech-to-text & translation stack for Yiddish audio — server, web, and Android — turning talks into searchable subtitles.
A Chrome extension that auto-tracks time across Google Docs & Sheets, with idle detection and a dashboard.
A browser add-on that upgrades iVelt, the Yiddish community forum — plus the scraping tooling behind it.
Scroll through what it does — the dashboard reacts as the story unfolds.
Income, expenses, and accounts in one organized ledger — no more numbers scattered across spreadsheets.
Every month visualized at a glance, so patterns and surprises surface before they turn into problems.
Track outflow against income and keep the month on plan — totals update live as you work.
Year-over-year growth kept front and center — the insight owners actually want, Hebrew-first.
Here's a real terminal — type help, ls, or open nihul to poke around and launch the apps. (Everything's clickable too.)
I didn't come up through a computer-science degree — I came up by needing things to exist and then making them. Notice friction, sketch a fix, ship it. Somewhere along the way the hobby folder filled up with real, running software.
A lot of what I build serves my own community — Yiddish-speaking people whom mainstream products rarely design for. Kosher media tools, Yiddish transcription, right-to-left apps. I care about software that respects the people using it.
I work across modern web stacks and lean hard on AI as a collaborator — a way to move faster and build things that used to be out of reach for one person.
Tell me what you're trying to make. I read every message and reply personally.
